I wear my baby (now toddler) every day. She's 23 pounds now just for reference. This is the most comfortable carrier on the market. I have tried many types including tula, lenny lamb, ergo original, moby, and mei tais.PROS:*air flow. Now, there is no such thing as not being hot when you're baby wearing in warm weather. That said, the ergo ventus is the closest you will get. I am ALWAYS hot, sweaty, uncomfortable in the warn weather as is my daughter. This carrier significantly reduces the discomfort of wearing in the summer. There is mesh "vents" on the main panel as well as the straps.*back support. The waist belt is very stiff (could be a "con" to some). It provides EXCELLENT back support. I have a chronic pain disorder and find this to be the most comfortable carrier on the market.*chest strap adjustability. The chest strap slides easily on a "track" that's on the shoulder straps. I find it so much easier to adjust than the woven straps with buckles on every other carrier I've ever seen.*hood pocket. The hood is attached which is nice. Unlike the original ergo, the hood rolls up quite small and zips into a pocket so that it's not hanging out.*long waist padding. The padding on this carrier covers more of the strap than the original ergo. That provides more support and more comfort. SO NICE!!!*price. The cost of this carrier is an amazing value for the comfort it provides!CONS:*no pocket. There is absolutely no where to keep a phone, or even an ID or money. The small pocket for the hood is NOT large enough for anything else but the hood and will not zip when the hood is out so it cannot he used to hold things.*aesthetics. It's not "cute". It doesn't look trendy like a tula or a lenny lamb. I wear daily so for me, the comfort is WAY more important than style. However, a girl likes to be cute too. I made very adorable slip covers for mine (photo included). It is a 30 minute sewing project and now I can have a different color/print whenever I want. I leave the slip covers off when I need the ventilation though. There's several tutorials for making these that are easy to find using Google. People also sell them on etsy if you're not a crafty type . Maybe a trendy carrier doesn't matter to you and then it's not even a worry.*the vent doesn't have a cover. This may cause issues in cooler weather. I wear even in the dead of midwest winters and I use a baby wearing coat so I don't find this affects me, but it's something to he aware of. Infantino makes a very inexpensive baby wearing hoodie that works with this carrier.Overall:As a woman who wears a 23 pound baby several hours a day, indoors and outdoors, in many weather conditions and while doing physical activities, I HIGHLY recommend this carrier. This is the most comfortable carrier on the market in my opinion.
